隐私政策 Privacy Policy

「蹲了么」（SquatSquad，下称「本应用」）尊重并保护你的隐私。本政策说明我们收集什么、为什么收集、以及你如何控制它。

1. 我们收集的信息

邮箱地址：仅用于登录账号与发送验证码。我们不向任何第三方出售或共享你的邮箱用于营销。

不收集健康数据：你的观察记录（蹲感值、形状、颜色、标签、备注等）默认只保存在你的设备上，不会上传到服务器。仅当你主动开启云备份（Pro）时，记录才会经 HTTPS 加密传输上传、由服务器保存（仅你的账号可访问；口令式端到端加密为后续可选增强）。

2. 我们不做的事

无广告、无第三方追踪 SDK、无行为画像、不将数据用于机器学习训练。接入任何第三方 AI 服务前，我们会在本政策中明确披露数据流向。

3. 你的权利

你可以随时在 App 内「设置 → 账号」中删除账号，我们将即时删除服务器上的邮箱、会话等全部关联数据。你也可以随时通过 CSV 导出你的原始记录。

SquatSquad ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how you control it.

1. Information we collect

Email address — used only for signing in and sending verification codes. We never sell or share it for marketing.

No health data — your check-in records (scores, shapes, colors, tags, notes) stay on your device by default and are never uploaded. If you turn on cloud backup (Pro), records are uploaded over HTTPS and stored server-side, accessible only through your account (an optional passphrase-based end-to-end mode may be added later).

2. What we do not do

No ads, no third-party tracking SDKs, no behavioral profiling, and no use of your data for model training. Before adding any third-party AI feature, we will disclose data flows in this policy.

3. Your rights

Delete your account anytime in App under Settings → Account; we immediately erase your email, sessions, and all associated server data. You can always export your raw records as CSV.
